Do you accept insurance?
Weight management and IV infusion/Injectable services are cash-based services. We do not bill insurance for these visits or services. However, clients may submit their receipts to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We do accept insurance for minor acute illnesses.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes — many appointments can be completed through telehealth for convenience. However, some services require in-person visits.
Are weight-loss medications guaranteed?
No. Medications are prescribed based on clinical judgment, labs, and appropriateness for the individual.
Do you work with insurance for medications?
Yes — we will submit up to 3 insurance prior authorizations per prescription when applicable.

Approval is not guaranteed, and PHW does not determine or know medication pricing with insurance.

What is included in the weight-loss program?
All clients receive:

  • Accountability check-ins
